Increased awareness of your behaviors can you help you decide how to be a more effective business leader.
If you believe that statement is true, then take feedback seriously. If twenty people in your company take the time to fill out a 360-Degree Feedback Survey on your performance, then review the feedback carefully and ask yourself these questions:
1. What are a few common themes in my strengths?
2. How can I leverage those strengths more effectively?
3. What are a few common themes in my weaknesses?
4. How can I avoid having those weaknesses affect my performance?
That would take fifteen minutes at the most to answer. Now apply those answers.
