Set your emotions over to the side.

Clear your mind of all of its thoughts.

Choose one thing you want to accomplish today. Write down exactly what you want to have happen. Then write down what you need to do to accomplish it.

Now go do exactly what you wrote down for the next 75 minutes.

Voila.

You will have accomplished the one thing you want to do today.

It works way more often than we think it will.
